Tiffany works with both couples and individuals, including neurodivergent clients, with a particular interest in intimacy, desire, conflict, emotional connection, and the ways these are shaped by communication, attachment, life experiences, and relationship dynamics. She supports clients to better understand themselves and their relationships, develop greater emotional awareness, and build more fulfilling and connected relationships.

Tiffany recognises that relationship challenges are often layered and complex. She offers a warm, grounded space to explore the patterns, experiences, and needs that sit beneath relationship difficulties - whether working with partners together or supporting individuals to better understand their own relational patterns and experiences.

Tiffany integrates a range of evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Schema Therapy. These approaches support clients to understand patterns of disconnection, strengthen emotional safety and responsiveness, and develop deeper, more meaningful connections. In individual therapy, this may involve exploring attachment patterns, early experiences, past relationships, intimacy, desire, and the internal dynamics that influence how someone experiences and navigates relationships.

She has a particular interest in how early attachment experiences and relational patterns can shape the way we connect, communicate, respond to conflict, and experience intimacy. Tiffany works collaboratively with clients to unpack these patterns, identify underlying needs, and develop more secure, authentic, and sustainable ways of relating - both within current relationships and in their broader relational lives.

Her approach is warm, honest, and emotionally attuned. Tiffany supports clients to slow down, gain insight into their relational dynamics, and develop practical tools that create meaningful change beyond the therapy room. Whether working with couples experiencing recurring conflict or individuals wanting to better understand themselves, intimacy, or their relationships, she provides a supportive space for growth, repair, and reconnection.

Tiffany is committed to inclusive and affirming care and works with a diverse range of clients, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating complex trauma or diverse and evolving relationship structures.
