Addiction Support

Addiction can sometimes co-occur with ADHD and AuDHD, and neurodivergent brains may experience heightened vulnerability to substance use, impulsivity, or compulsive behaviours. Our approach to addiction support is trauma-informed, non-judgmental, and tailored to neurodivergent needs, helping clients build understanding, self-awareness, and practical strategies to regain control over their lives. Trauma can often co-occur with ADHD and AuDHD, whether from early life experiences, ongoing stress, or repeated misunderstandings and challenges in neurodivergent environments. These experiences can intensify anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation, making everyday life feel heavier and more complicated.


Chloe provides neuroaffirmative, trauma-informed therapy that acknowledges both your neurodivergence and your lived experiences. She works with clients to process past trauma safely, reduce its ongoing impact, and develop tools to navigate daily life with more ease and resilience. Support includes:


  • Trauma-informed therapy using EMDR, ACT, Schema Therapy, and DBT
