Tiffany holds a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Human Services, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science. She has spent the past decade working therapeutically with adolescents, specialising in trauma-informed care, DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
Her work has always focused on helping young people navigate emotional regulation, identity development, and complex relational dynamics.
Over the years, Tiffany found herself increasingly drawn to the nuances of relational work - not just within families and peer groups, but within romantic partnerships. This growing passion lead her to train in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as well as The Gottman Method, and she now combines her rich clinical foundation with a deep curiosity about intimacy, connection, and emotional growth.
Tiffany is particularly interested in how early relational patterns, attachment styles, and unspoken family rules shape the way people love, fight, and repair. She offers a space that is grounded, honest, and emotionally attuned - where couples can explore communication breakdowns, mismatched needs, intimacy ruptures, and pathways back to connection.
Tiffany is passionate about relational healing and is committed to working affirmatively with diverse couples, including LGBTQIA+ relationships and those navigating neurodiversity, complex trauma, or shifting relational structures.
