Tiffany holds a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Human Services, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science. She has spent the past decade working therapeutically with adolescents and adults, specialising in trauma-informed care, DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
Her work has always centred on helping people navigate emotional regulation, identity development, and the complexities of human connection. Over time, Tiffany found herself increasingly drawn to the ways our earliest relational experiences shape how we love, grieve, and grow. This led her to complete further training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method, broadening her understanding of attachment patterns, relationship dynamics, and personal healing.
Today, Tiffany works with individuals who are navigating relationship challenges, whether that means moving through a break-up, adjusting to a new beginning, or seeking clarity in patterns that repeat across connections. She helps clients untangle the impact of attachment styles, early family dynamics, and unspoken relational rules, creating space for self-reflection, growth, and resilience.
Grounded, honest, and emotionally attuned, Tiffany offers a space where clients can explore loss, change, intimacy, and self-discovery. She is committed to supporting people through all stages of their relational journey and works affirmatively with those navigating neurodiversity, complex trauma, shifting identities, and evolving relationship structures.
Special Interests:
Navigating separation, break-ups or divorce
Preparing for new relationships after break-up/divorce
Navigating infidelity (past or present)
