Tiffany holds a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Human Services, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science. Over the past decade, she has worked therapeutically with adolescents and adults, specialising in trauma-informed care, DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
Her focus is on relationships—helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of connection, communication, and intimacy. Tiffany is deeply interested in how early relational experiences shape the way we love, grieve, and relate, which led her to complete advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method. These approaches allow her to support clients in understanding attachment patterns, resolving conflict, and creating stronger, more fulfilling connections.
Tiffany works with clients experiencing relationship challenges, whether that involves moving through a breakup, adjusting to life transitions, or addressing recurring patterns that impact intimacy and connection. She helps couples and individuals untangle the influence of early family dynamics, attachment styles, and unspoken relational rules, fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
Grounded, honest, and emotionally attuned, Tiffany provides a safe space to explore loss, change, intimacy, and self-discovery. She works affirmatively with neurodivergent clients, those impacted by trauma, and individuals and couples navigating evolving identities and relationship structures, guiding them toward healthier, more connected relationships.
Special Interests:
Navigating separation, break-ups or divorce
Preparing for new relationships after break-up/divorce
Navigating infidelity (past or present)
