Individual counselling sessions with Beck and Tiffany are $160 per session. 

There are no Medicare or private health insurance rebates available. NO referral is required. 

Individual psychology sessions with Chloe are $250. 

A Medicare rebate of $98.97 is available if you have a mental health care plan from your GP. 

Medicare rebates are available for Chloe only. 

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled session cost will apply. 

 The number of sessions varies for each individual, depending on your goals, concerns, and personal circumstances. In your early sessions, we’ll gain a clearer understanding of what support you’re looking for and tailor the approach to suit your needs. 

Yes, all sessions are confidential, and your privacy is treated with the utmost care. However, there are a few legal and ethical exceptions where your practitioner may be required to share information:

1. If your information is subpoenaed by a court, or disclosure is otherwise required or authorised by law
2. If your practitioner reasonably believes that withholding the information would place you or another person at serious risk to life, health, or safety
3. If there is a disclosure of abuse or neglect involving a child or a vulnerable person
    

Wherever possible, your practitioner will discuss any necessary disclosures with you beforehand.
