Dietician Services

Our dietetics service offers compassionate, evidence-based support to help you build a more sustainable and trusting relationship with food, your body, and your health. We understand that nutrition is rarely just about “what to eat” - it’s shaped by your lived experiences, your nervous system, your environment, and the messages you’ve absorbed over time.

Our approach is personalised and non-judgemental. We move away from rigid rules and instead focus on helping you feel more confident, informed, and supported in your food choices. Whether you’re managing a medical condition, navigating a complex relationship with food, or feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, we work alongside you to create realistic, flexible strategies that actually fit your life.

We take a holistic, neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approach, recognising the connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and the nervous system. Our goal is to support you in feeling safer, more at ease, and more empowered in your body - not restricted or controlled by food.

Areas of Specialty

We provide specialised support across a range of areas, including:

  • Disordered Eating & Eating Disorders
We offer a compassionate, weight-neutral approach to supporting disordered eating patterns and eating disorders. This includes working through food rules, body image concerns, and rebuilding trust with your body in a safe and supported way.
  • Gastrointestinal Disorders
Support for conditions such as IBS, IBD, and coeliac disease, with a focus on symptom management without unnecessary restriction. We integrate evidence-based strategies with a broader understanding of the gut-brain connection.
  • Neurodivergence & Sensory Feeding
We provide neuroaffirming support for individuals with ADHD and autism, recognising sensory sensitivities, executive functioning challenges, and the importance of safe foods. Our approach respects individual needs rather than forcing change.
  • Paediatric & Family Nutrition
Guidance for families navigating feeding challenges, fussy eating, and mealtime stress. We support both children and parents with practical, realistic strategies that reduce pressure and build confidence.
  • Navigating Nutrition Misinformation & Food Anxiety
In a world full of conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or anxious about food. We help you make sense of nutrition information, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop a more grounded, balanced approach to eating.

We are here to provide support that is both clinically informed and deeply human, recognising that nutrition is not just about knowledge, but about lived experience, capacity, and context. Our work is centred on meeting you where you are and supporting meaningful, sustainable change in a way that feels respectful and achievable.

Our aim is to help you move forward with greater clarity, ease, and self-trust - supporting both your health and your relationship with food in a way that is steady, flexible, and aligned with your individual needs.
