Maddison is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about providing holistic, non-judgemental nutrition care that supports sustainable, meaningful change. She works collaboratively with clients to develop achievable, realistic goals, helping them build a more balanced and flexible relationship with food. Maddison is particularly passionate about cutting through nutrition misinformation and the overwhelming “food noise” that can make eating feel confusing, restrictive, or stressful.
Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and shaped by a strong background in health promotion and nutrition research. Maddison has a special interest in gastrointestinal health and disordered eating, with experience supporting individuals navigating conditions such as IBS, IBD, and coeliac disease, as well as complex relationships with food.
Maddison brings a neurodiversity-affirming approach to her work, informed by both professional knowledge and lived experience. She is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, including children and their families, to navigate the food environment in ways that feel safe, practical, and individualised. This includes working with sensory feeding challenges, rigid eating patterns, and mealtime stress, always with a focus on reducing pressure and fostering confidence.
She understands that nutrition is deeply personal and influenced by a range of physical, emotional, and social factors. Maddison creates a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make changes that align with their values, lifestyle, and wellbeing.
