Parental Support

I know how hard parenting can be. The overwhelm, the exhaustion, the constant questioning if you’re doing enough. I understand the worries, the meltdowns, the moments when nothing seems to go right.


I’m here as a calm, non-judgemental presence to walk alongside you through these challenging seasons. Whether it’s managing everyday stress, navigating big emotions, or supporting your child’s unique needs, we’ll work together to find strategies that actually make life feel a little easier - for you and for your child.


If you’re parenting a neurodivergent child, I get that there are extra layers - sensory sensitivities, emotional outbursts, or social struggles. I can help you make sense of these experiences and build practical approaches that support your child while keeping you grounded, confident, and connected.
